I am a commerce graduate. How can I find a sponsor of green card under eb3 category?

I am a commerce graduate with good knowledge of MS-OFFICE and SAP FI/CO module. I wish to work in the USA in a finance related job. How do I find a sponsor willing to sponsor a green card to me under eb3 category? I posses 4+ years of experience in teaching commerce as a self employed private tutor and posses sound knowledge of accounting principles and an in-depth knowledge of financial services industry. I would be grateful if someone can help me out with my question.

Practically everybody knows MS Office -- every secretary, admin assistant, even retirees! Not a skill that impresses employers; it's so basic that everyone has to have it.

As for a job in finance, you need an MBA or equivalent, plus corporate experience, not doing some tutoring in a single SAP module. And being self-employed you cannot provide the documentation required.

Furthermore, employers can only apply for your temporary work permit. They cannot sponsor immigrants. Even if you qualified for an H1-b visa, it would only be for 3 years, with the possibility of one renewal of up to 3 yrs.

With the current economic climate and hundred of thousands of lay-offs per month in the US right now, employers are not renewing H1-b visas and many are just terminating them, which means immediate repatriation. It is difficult to justify hiring a foreigner when there are so many highly qualified citizens who are job hunting -- they cannot prove there are no qualified US workers to obtain the permit.
