How do I file a complaint with the Post Office?

Today my mom recieved a letter in the mail with no return address and it had harsh language (including the F work and the H word) and it said we were bringing down the property values in our neighborhood because we have paint cans near our garage because we don't know what to do with them since our garage and basement were flooded in a summer storm and we don't know where/how to recycle them. It also mentioned weeds (that are nonexistant) and "trash"..which our trash is always in our cans and always take on trash day.

Soooo how do I file a complaint because according to my friend who is a ex cop and her husband who is a current cop it is a misuse of postal services.

You file a complaint by going to the post office. They have a form.

You can take the letter, go the post office & file a complaint. It's not illegal to not put a return address on a letter, but they may be able to monitor your mail.

There will always be jerks like this... i suggest you just throw the mail in the trash can where it belongs. Ignore it and don't lose sleep.
