Is there any other way to be informed that I am one of the winners in dvlottery? |
I have registered myself in green card lottery (www.dvlottery.state.gov). It is told in the lottery program that only winners will be notified by mail. But I am living in a country where receiving mail is problem or it can be lost or ignored in the postal service. Is there any other way where I can find information about the winners or myself, so if I am winner, then I myself will go to the post office and claim the mail if I didn鈥檛 receive any thing. I have to do some guessing here but if you are a green card holder I assume you have a job in the USA but reside in your own country. Idf I am correct then I would get a Post Office Box in the USA to use for my address and have my mail sent there. You may be able to use the address where you work or that of a trusted friend in the USA also. |
