I've got two interviews on Thursday..can you give me some examples of interview?

One is for customer service at the post office and the other is for sales assistant...many thanks xx

Hi
For both of those you will be dealing with the public
So you may be asked
Have you had experience before of dealing with the public
How would you deal with an awkward customer
Do you work well in a team
What do you think you can bring to the job
What are your strong points
What are your weak points
Why do you want this job
Don't be afraid to say you are a little nervous, they like people to be honest
If you get the job, don't be shy to the customer if you are not sure, tell them you re new and still learning, they love that
They may ask some of those, not all, but its good to be ready
Good luck on Thursday, hope you get something

Where do you see yourself in five years? That one is a definite.
What was your toughest challenge in dealing with a difficult assignment or customer and how did you handle it?
Why did you leave or why do you want to leave your current position?
What computer background do you have?
Why does this position appeal to you?
What will you bring to this position?
Never complain about your current position. Use positive statements only even if the situation is negative?
I hope this helps good luck.

first of all find out what will be your role at the place and then what the buisness does eg some history.
why should i give you the job?
whats your qualities?
experience?
skills?
what should you do if a customer is complaining? eg apologise then try t solvethe problem and if out of hand pass nt manager.
