Will the US Postal Service Hire me For a Carrier postion if I had my Drivers License for less than 2 YRS? |
I have a job interview with USPS this week for the position of job Carrier. The interview letter reads "You must possess a valid driver's license w/ two years driving experience." The problem I am having is that I have only had my driver's license for a year and two months; but I had my learner's permit for three yrs before I received my license. Will they waive it or will they not consider me for the job at all? If any of you are (in fact) a Carrier for a post office, I would really like to hear your response!! If not i still would like to hear your response! usually they ask that before the interview so they should know how long you have been driving. when i went they did not ask me how long i have been driving i assumed they knew hopefully it's the same for you |
