421 Service Not Available ? FTP?

i am not able to open my ftp a/c in my home but able to access at my office, cafe and also at my friends house.

I will be very thankful, if any one can solve this problem.. Plzzzzzzzzzz.. I am Using MTNL connection

Check the firewall settings of your PC. Verify that it has not blocked the FTP port number 21 for connecting FTP manager.
If this setting is OK then try to change the FTP connection manager settings. Try to connect using Passive or PORT mode.
