Where or who do I go 2 in tx if someone is using my SS & credit and I got bad credit now I cant do anything!!? |
I live in San Antonio, texas, I'm 19 Ive never tried to use my name to get anything out, I'm just starting off. I wanted to open a bank account & they denied me! They told me to call some 1-800 number but its just machine after machine! Then I applied for a credit card & it said I had bad credit. When I go to those free credit report things online I fill everything out then it says they cannot show me my credit report that I need to call customer service & that never works either. I even went to the social security office and they said they cant help me! WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!? No I dont know anyone who can be doing this, i dont think its anyone I know. & with those freecreditreport.com things Ive tried two of them and they say the same thing that they can not show me my credit report?! start with the police then move on to the credit reporting agencies, call or write all major credit card companies and let them know what is going on. Do you have any idea who could be doing this??? Try The Texas Attorney General Office. Good Luck. Go to www.annualcreditreport.com and request your reports from all three bureaus via mail. That will give you a starting point. Sorry..........need to get an attorny to sort this mess out........ |
