I joined a company on 20.6.93. my age on 6-1-02 was 58. I worked for 14yrs. am i entitled for pension from EPF

Dear Friends, I had joined a company on 20.6.93 and left on 28.02.2007 after completing close to 14 years of service. My age on 6.01.2002 was 58 years but I retired at the age of 63 yrs 8 months. The PF office has denied pension saying that I had not completed 10 years of service as the age of 58 years. Can you please confirm whether or not I am entitled for pension or not.
