What do you think about a baptist minister who?

tells you that you dont know how to handle kids and you dont know how to attend a meeting by stating you dont even know what the meeting was about an degrading you to the point he then says meet me in my office or if you cant do that then delete me from any mailing list.I did not feel a alone meeting was a good thought at all and i knew he has a temper anyway and now im afraid to go to church again especially there.I was just going to take some unruly kids to the other sunday school room during church to teach them what sunday worship is and prepare them a little better for being in the sanctuary.Maybe start a quiz bible club.I have been a teen sunday school teacher for many years and also taught in other areas of christian service but now i cant go anywhere im too afraid.
