Frustrated.........any suggestions?????

ok, to make a long story short, i'm looking for a job. i'm really trying to find a good receptionist/office admin/medical front desk position so that i have the opportunity to work my way up.
i don't have any experience in that "field" except for customer service. i have been to school but it was for something else not related to that and that is the long story.
well anyway, i've sent out so many resumes...and i'm getting reaaallllly frustrated. i feel like i'm never going to get a job, and that's not really an option..lol.

so what do you do besides send out resumes and just wait for them to contact you??? i don't want to bother companies because most of the time if they do want to give you an interview, they will. i guess i'm just annoyed & sick of waiting.

Contact a temp agency or placement company. Most companies hire from a pre-screened group from temp agencies. If they like you, you could be offered the job permanently. If not, more temping.
