Ok i dont think anyone is understanding my question iam not on probation any more at all not even a little bit

the office wont even see me cause i no longer hav a cas how did it get sent over to the state u cannot collect twice on medical and he has been paid in full civilly and if i was on probation i would be able to go back into court but this case basiclly no longer excists so how do i get revenue services to zereo out the account

OK, another quirk in California law (this still looks like California). You can be ordered to pay restitution as a condition of probation even if the "victim's" insurance company paid for the loss. In other words, the "victim" CAN collect twice. The only way you can avoid paying restitution is if YOUR insurance company paid for the loss.

An interesting question is whether the victim's insurance company's payments could be raised as a defense to civil enforcement of the restitution order after probation expires. I doubt it, but I know of no case law directly on point. You would certainly need an attorney to represent you to make such an argument.

i read the other question and didn't answer precisely because folks there, including at least two attorneys DID understand and answer you.

If you don't like the answers, that is fine, but they were good ones.

If you want real legal advice you can rely on, hire an attorney to represent you. I bet they tell you the same thing the others did though, but for 65/hr or whatever, they will be more patient in explaining it to you.

Sounds like the case has gone past the jurisdictional point in which case there aint nothing you can do about it.
