Why am i getting always amessage that "band width exceeded" while trying to connect hotsheild vpn service?

I have downloaded anchorfree hotsheild software. I am able to connect to vpn service from my office but unable to get connected when I am trying from my home. both coonections are highspeed. Can anybody solve this problem?

Please note that this is the first time I try to connect to this hotsheild service after download. So, there is no question of using more than the allowed capacity

The free service only allows you 10G of bandwidth per month. After that you are shut off until the next month. For a few dollars a month you can get unlimited service.
