How can i get laws for accounting Canada or USA ?

hi dear all
Im 27 m Iran by 8 years experience Accounting, i want to migrate to canada or us, but i nedd some one that invite or employ me to come there. i have a accounitng services office in iran. my accounting is very well i think, but i dont know the law there for working. my english speaking is medium. i want to migrate cause im tired of living and working in iran. i know MS office and windows compeletly, i have knowledge for local network, completly Internet and computer (hardware) and i can work with some softwares like as accounting programs and more. any body here to can help me (go ther and knowledge law)
