Question about Article II, Section 2, 3 of the Constitution of the Confederate States?

I'm doing an essay comparing and contrasting the Constitution of the United States with that of the Confederate States and I'm stuck. I am instructed to compare and contrast the views presented in Article II, Section 2, 3 of the Confederate Constitution with those of Article II of the Constitution of the United States. Section 2, 3 of the Confederate Constitution states:

"The principal officer in each of the Executive Departments, and all persons connected with the diplomatic service, may be removed from office at the pleasure of the President. All other civil officers of the Executive Departments may be removed at any time by the President, or other appointing power, when their services are unnecessary, or for dishonesty, incapacity. inefficiency, misconduct, or neglect of duty; and when so removed, the removal shall be reported to the Senate, together with the reasons therefor."

What does the Constitution of the United States say about that issue?

I have a copy of the Constitution of the United States but I just can't seem to find anything in it about this issue. The first answer pretty much cleared it up though so thanks.

The President's powers are more limited. The only method of removal explicitly provided in Article II is by impeachment.
