Creditor attorney falsyfying court document?

I was sent a court document buy a collection attorney that from their law firm and the proof of service hearing not till July 31 How can they send me a judgement without going to the proof of service hearing and getting a judgment from court? the papers were from their law office

It only said judgment no judges singature or stamp.

Is the document they sent a judgment? Is that what it says?

A proof of service is generally a signed document which simply certifies that certain papers were mailed to or served on you.

You have been served and they can get the guy who served you to testify against you. A judge would have to sign the papers for you to get served,
