When would you tell? |
i am 3 1/2 months preganant and have been working a new job for 1 month and a half i havent told them i am pregnant yet, because it is through a temp service and i know when your hired on they can't fire you for it, but when your through a temp service they can just let you go for no reason. I can't afford to loose my job and it is going to be permanent in 2 months. the job is very demanding and stressfull but it is an office job Well, your temp agency won't notice so you dont necessarily see them everyday, but the job you are assign to will notice sooner or later. If you have a good relationship with them, I wouldn't say anything until its noticeable since you do need the money. It is still a temp position so they can look for a replacement later on. You won't receive maternity leave of course, but they shouldn't have much of a problem as long as your job is done. Good luck and Congratulations, wait till after the 2 months No they can be suied for that. You do need to tell them. they might be able to offer some kind of insurnace or even take it easy on you. |
