Sonny's office at the Coffeehouse on GH...?

Anyone else notice how Sonny & Jason's office has seemingly miraculously doubled in size, had a fireplace added to it, in addition to walls being completely repositioned.? Okay I know its a soap opera/tv show and I know we arent really supposed to notice these things, and be focused on the story.
And while I do have some suspension of disbelief, it is the little things like this they do, that really rather annoy me..lol.
Take for Example, General Hospital itself, if we are to believe part of the storyline from GH: Night Shift, it is hemorrhaging money and ripe for a takeover by a big Medical conglomerate, they turn away patients without insurance (is that even legal? I know in the states I have lived it is not, at least for emergency services) and yet somehow they have managed to repaint, renovate and get new furniture all in very hip and modern soothing Greens and greys..(and the maroon that was there just a mere months ago wasnt even that old itself.)

Another case in point on a different soap, Days of Our Lives...the apartment that was Sami & Lucas, formerly Carrie's, used to only be two bedrooms.. then one day Nicole
needed to move in with Austin and Sami, and suddenly the wall was pushed out, and WHAM BAM a new third door was shown leading to the never before seen Third bedroom... Man I wish I lived in Soap world when one day I can wake up and have a bigger office and apartment!!! LOL


So I guess Im just wondering, do things like this annoy anyone else or am I just weird?

Yes I've noticed these things too but it doesn't annoy me cuz its tv land. What about the Metrocourt lobby explosion; wouldn't that in real life cause the entire hotel to collapse? What about the coffeeshop Kellys being on top of a bar/club that no one knew existed?

The reality is that private hospitals turn away indigents all the time whether its legal or not. Only if the patient is in critical life threatening crisis status will they treat before looking for insurance info.

As for the coffeeshop office, its not impossible to install a fireplace or knock out or move a wall to make more space; its not like Sonny couldn't afford it.

The writers' need to think more about that kind of stuff.

sometimes i will see something and be like was that there befor or is it new so yes sometime i think i am going crazy lol.

I guess the writers think the fans do not pay that close attention!
