UK! paypal? ebay selling? posting? help ?!!?

hi i want to sell something on ebay, but i dont know how to go about it.. ive got paypal, im usually a buyer on ebay, here are all my questions i need help with. I want to sell a ds game, shoes and maybe some dvds.
How do i get the money from paypal?
when they pay and it goes onto my paypal account will paypal automatically put that onto my credit card add up with?
do i just log onto paypal and check for the status to say complete? when it says complete will that be it transferred onto my credit card or do i have to do anything to get it transferred?
1. how much does paypal charge to use their service as a seller?? for example how much in every pound??
2. How much fee does ebay charge, in each pound??
say i sold something a like a 拢5, how much fees in total would be deducted paypal and ebay inc.
3. when posting item should i choose royal mail standard (instead of recorded( can i still obtain proof of postage? if so do they post office charge for the proof slip

-You get the money from Paypal paid into your bank account on request.
- You can check that the payment is complete in Paypal and you will also receive an email.
- We usually allow 15% for Paypal and Ebay fees on low value items but it may be a little higher now.
- If the item is low value get proof of posting which is free but gives you some insurance against being lost in the post.
