Is there any one at (corporate) Chrysler or Dodge I can talk to about rental car Reimbursement? |
My car has a defective paint job and Chrysler agreed to paint the vehicle over because it is still under warranty, but they didnt provide me with a courtesy car for the week or two that its going to take to complete the job. Is there anyone that i can speak with at Chrysler/Dodge corporate offices regarding reimbursement for the rental costs? The dealership says that they dont issue out courtesy cars...just discount services at rental car agencies. Your best bet it to talk to the service manager. If you get not results, ask for the field manager. If that gets no results, go to the district manager, and so on and so on. Someone should make sure you are not out-of-pocket for this Was this a re-call? yes maybe,usually it would have to be a safety issue before they will give you a loaner. pull enough strings you probably will get some results |
