Please!!!!!!!!!EMBARRASSING!!!...

Omg im so freaked out!!!!!!!!!!!!
Im 15 and am in grade nine first year of high school here in Ontario!!
Anyways i was at school yesterday and im kinda failing science so i went to see one of the guidance counsillors Mr. Whitlock at my school! Cause he is helping me try to pass!
Anyways i was in there for about 45mins and when i went to stand up there was blood all over the chair i was sitting in, in his office!!!!! I was like **** under my breath and sat now quick!!
And he said everything okay??
And i said no!!!
And he said whats wrong?
And i said um i hope your not mad at me but i kinda started my period and its all over the chair and my capris!! (they were white!!!)
He said Oh and gave me his sweater and told me to go to my locker and get my gym shorts and asked me if i had any pads or tampons and i said no cause i wasnt expecting my period!
and then he said okay i will go get you one from the office!!
So i put my gym shorts on and went back to student services and he gave me a tamp

i gave him back his sweater which was white and said sorry and he said no problem dont worry about it!!
Omg im so freaked out! I have to go back to see him today about science and im really embarrassed about it!!!
(he is pretty young like in his late 20)
so what do i do??????????

That happened to me in high-school. I was in 9th grade Algebra. My teacher was a young male also in his late 20's. I was quite embarrassed but realized that it is normal. The first few days is the hardest but within a new week I was fine. You will get through this because I am sure he knows that these happen. It's been over 8 years now for me and it has happened twice after-wards. =S

this happen to a girl in my class. if it happens again, just go to the nurse, and she can help you. i know you must be super embarrased, but soon, he will forget about it, and so will you! maybe, bring a tampon/pad in your purse from now on, and if it feels like your about to have it, quickly go to the bathroom and put it on.

I'm sure this was embarrasing, but your counselor is trained to handle these types of things. It sounds like he was very professional. If it would make you feel better say you are sorry again when you go to see him, but I wouldn't bother to mention it again after that. It happens to the best of us all.

that is super embarassing, but the teacher seemed understanding and like a nice guy. if i were you i'd just try to forget about that incident, and i'm sure he will soon too
