What are autism and special needs services in your country or state?

I have lived in the US and Canada. The Us by federal law guarantees in school therapy for all special needs kids.Canada it varies from province to school board.

In Arkansas ...special needs children are given a contract called an EIP. This can be renewed every 3 years. The parents are on the "commitee" and can call a meeting anytime. My daughter has speech therapy not to exeed 29% of time at school.
She is autistic.
