How much should I charge for housecleaning services provided in Roanoke Va. area?

I want to start out small with just general home and office cleaning: What is the hourly rate in this area of Virginia? Thanks.

They going rate that I find here for my 1400 sqr foot home, which is about an average size home.

I have just received prices from $80-100 for once a week and/or for bi-weekly. and $130 - $160 for once per month.

I am looking to hire a service very soon. Hope this was helpful.
