Working for Axa customer services...?

Does anybody on here work for AXA customer servies (in the call centres), and can tell me abit about what it is like?!.
I have recently applied for a vacany with them with my local office, but have concerns about living the sercuity of a retail job to one of a call centre environment.
The usual questions, do they have targets?, are you hounded to sell, sell, sell?, I have had experience in a out going call centre before where i was 'sacked' for not providing enough leads (window sales for you!), i was alot younger and didnt have bills to pay like i do now.
I have a telelphone interview booked as well, can anybody tell me what to expect from this?!.
