Office 2003 - problem opening windows within all progammes? |
I have been having constant problems with Office 2003, where whenever trying to save or open a file (within Word, Excel & Outlook), and the window pops up asking where you want to save the file, if you use the drop down menu to change the file location, or if you press any of the icons on the left (my docs, network places) it freezes the programme up. I also have the same problem within outlook when trying to insert a file, as soon as you want to navigate to where the file is, it freezes up. Navigating around whilst not within office is fine though - therefore Im thinking it has to be an Office 2003 problem. Office has the latest updates, and XP is running on latest service pack with latest updates. Please help !!! In Windows, right-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop or in the Start menu, left-click on Disconnect Network Drive, and disconnect any mapped drives that are not currently available. Try OpenOffice.org or Google Docs. |
