Can I get it? UC.. merced, riverside, davis?

I am currently a junior starting my second semester. Freshman year gpa: 3.4
Sophomore year: 3.5
Junior year: 1st semester 3.7
2nd semester ?

I have currently took 3 practice test for the SAT.. 1630, 1625, 1700 in that order. I am going to take the classes in March then my first real tests in may and june.

I am bowling club president, bowling league president (outside of school), in Key Club and American Cancer Society (no council position), Low Brass Section Leader, Co-Drum Major. 50+ community service hours at church and school office, First chair baritone, annual volunteer in the breast cancer walks (volunteered at 4).

You advice helps... Ah this college stuff is so nerve racking. Thanks for the responses.

hey, don;t sweat it! I know how you feel as I went through the same thing last year... it sounds like your grades are pretty good and the best thing about it is that you have been improving, which really gets their attention. Your also involved in alot of activities, which is great. Your SATs aren't horrible, but there is room for improvement. The prepclasses should help with this. Also do the SAT question of the day on the Collegeboard website. Even little things like this can make a big difference! Lastly, really work on your essays!!! I worked really hard on mine and I honestly think that set me apart from the rest. Have several people look over it to gove you suggestions and make sure that it really expresses to the admissions people who you are and what your about, because your essay is what distinguishes you from just being a "number" to them. You most definitely can get into UC Merced and Riverside but I can't guarantee you Davis

It sounds like you've got a good chance... tough part is deciding what school will suit your interests best.
