yahoo never has and never will operate a lottery...just go to the upper right of this page and click on 'forum', look for or search for 'yahoo lottery' you'll see how many have asked this very same thing. plus yahoo is out of california not england..... this scam has been going on for years and what it does is they ask for your personal info...birthdate, social security number, bank account number etc. then they steal your identity and take all your money. just remember a little research coupled with some common sense goes a long way towards protecting you and your money.
