I got in trouble for weed and now i need help. can u give insite?

okay so last week at school this kid threatened me and made me take some weed. about 10 mins later i was dragged out of lunch. when i got to the office i admitted i had some, gave it up and told them what happened. they brought the kid who gave it to me and he said he sold it to me. now the school believes him instead of me. at first all that was going to happen to me was i might get kicked out of my school but now the police are pressing charges. now i can get community service and not get my drivers license on time. i'm only 14 and i dont want my future to be messed up. ill post if i forgot somehing

oh i was also thinking about just going with the other kids story. my school and the hearing commity beleive him and his story so maybe if i go by his story they'll think im telling the truth and go easier on me.

First of all you don't have to smoke it for it to be smelled if it's strong enough. I'm not sure I buy your entire story but here's my advice, for what it's worth, and works in lots of situations other than this one.

Be completely honest with the authorities and things will go easier for you. be respectful, polite and answer truthfully anything they ask you. Whether your story is true or not really doesn't matter at this point so you might as well go with it and accept what you get, never hesitating to beg for mercy of course. :)

The most important thing to remember however is that at some point this will all be resolved. It's doubtful that this will ruin your life forever but understand the severity of it. This is a road you do NOT want to go down. Just chalk it up as a mistake, accept your punishment, learn from it and move on. Everyone makes mistakes and uses poor judgment at some point but the key is learning from it and not making it AGAIN!

I think your story is BS. My insight would be to stop smoking the $hit.

Well, school aint court and you cant change their mind. But your future will not be messed up. Once you hit 18, your record gets somewhat "erased". It wont affect the way you get jobs and other things involving the system.

if you have any proof show it to them. other than that i dont know what to tell you just keep telling the police what happened and maybe something will happen. but i dont get how a guy can make you take weed ???? honestly when you walk away from him throw it in the trash or how about go to the principle or cops then you could have covered your tracks insread you kept it and now you are in the state that you are. you should have thought about everything.

Thinking back, was there something you could have done differently to ensure a better outcome? Like never take the weed?
