I am Indian serving as subordinate office staff in Govt. and wish to join Canada Govt.?

I am already 40+ and having 20 yrs. service already. Is there any Indian who could kindly help me in finding right job and right place and other related aspects with regard to get a respectable job there?

Most jobs with the canadian federal giovernment are only avalable for Canadian citizens. You need to emigrate to Canada and after 3 years apply for citizenship before you can apply for any government jobs.

While the Public Service Employment Act does not exclude non- Canadians from applying to positions in the public service, it clearly specifies that preference for appointment is to be given in the following order:

Person who is in receipt of a pension by reason of war service
Survivor of a war veteran
Canadian citizen
Other qualified individuals

7. I want to immigrate to Canada. Can I apply for public service jobs?
Yes. However, preference will be given to Canadian citizens.
