I want to make a formal compaoint about the service at my Post Office, who, where , how do I do that?

Employees leave before posted hours, no one is available on Sat., mail is posted hours after the stated goal time....many --too many -- misposted items in my box -- all this I have experienced in 1 months time.

You could try to talk to the postmaster there or you could try to go to the USPS website and see if there is any contact information.
