ITunes download.? |
I downloaded an album(Lost In Translation) and a song(Central Services/The Office) and put them on my iPod. Now 1 month later we bought a new computer so I was wondering if when my Mac erases my iPod can I re-download them for free? No no, u cant re-download them for free. U can make a back up disk of all the music from your old PC. Just do that, and transfer all ur music to ur new computer... I would think u sure, but best thing to do is call the people u brought it from & ask them, they would know. you cant get the download for free again but try going in ur old computer under ur recycling basket..it happend to me and i just got the songs back from there. next time tho backup ur songs on an external hard drive or a flash drive Well, actually it shouldn't matter that you have a new computer as long as you saved or backed up your itunes library; when you plugged in your ipod it'll just put everything back. To answer your question. YES it is for free, because you can't buy anything in itunes without an account ergo when you log into your itunes with your new computer your songs will be put into your ipod. |
