It's for Napster's legal online downloading service, a twentysomething office worker interacts with his co-workers by triggering famous song lyrics from Napster's massive online catalogue. To the portly co-worker who wants people to smell his cast - The Police's "Don't Stand So Close To Me"; to the boss after those elusive status reports - Black Eyed Peas' "Shut Up"; to the fetching young blonde who's just strolled past his cubicle - Air Supply's "I'm All Out Of Love; and to the chatty brunette who's just obstructed his view of said blonde - Ludacris' "Get Back". Good for a few laughs, this is a solid, well-directed little spot that communicates what Napster is about without trying to do too much more. Agency: DDB Chicago.
