Windows Update.....Vista...I Keeping Error code 80070643 when they Install?

Having trouble installing updates...every time updates try to install i receive error code 80070643....

Clicked on the 'help' button next to error number...

It tells me to restart the Office Source Engine (OSE ) service

So I open Administrative Tools

I double click on Services to get to OSE but its not there ...

Tried for weeks to fix problem...even spent hours trawling Microsoft help pages for help but to no avail....

Anyone got any ideas for fixing this apart from bouncing the laptop off the wall..........thanx in advance

i have the same problem with vista, you need to install it without vista only open it through windows if it ask who with dont put vista mine works fine now you get the same updates just not the problems,it may work for you , good luck
