Graduate with experience?

OMG , I need help.

I'm a fresh college graduate & I'm depressed.

Reason: I've been searching for vacancies, found alot of amazing postions with amazing packages in alot of different firms. Problem is... I dont have any real life experience what so ever !!!

There are some golden opportunities.

eg. Job Vacancy: Senior Administrator

Qualifications:

* Must have a minimum One (1) year of work experience in administration or customer service.
* Computer Proficient: MS Office (Word, Excel Spreadsheet,Outlook) and Internet.
* Should have excellent communications skills in English (verbal & written).
* Should be professional, well presented and energetic.

Main Responsibilities:

* Overseeing all sales related paperwork and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available on relevant systems including overseeing invoicing, receipting, commission claims and preparing sales and purchase contracts.

HELP !

Some companies will take a chance and overlook one qualification (such as lack of experience) if you meet or exceed all other requirements. However, those companies are pretty rare. Your best bet is to start at a low-rung job, gain a few years experience by doing as much as you can (ask for extra projects/responsibilities, etc.) and then start applying within and outside the company for a higher position.

Doesn't that suck?!?! It's such a catch 22. My only advice is to start at the bottom and work your way up, regardless of having a degree. You will need to show an employer that you are a dedicated, hard-working employee and that you are ready to learn.
