what job/career would you have liked to do..... and what do you do?

Me? I wanted to be a vet...
have tried electronics engineering, running a pub, accountancy and even train driving...#
im stuck in customer services in an office!

I want to be a Social Worker and right now I am doing nothing but I am going back to school.

I want to get paid to be a beach bum and if that doesn't happen I would like to do something with International Relations. I love to travel so I would like to have a job where I do work internationally.

I'd like to invest other people's money and take a cut - but I don't want to start over at the bottom and make "sales calls"! I'm pretty good at it - just need one rich person to let me do it!

I wanted to be a scholar, did my post graduation, but could not find suitable job and I have to work in office in the vet university.

I have a masters degree in special ed and worked in that field for seven years. What I wanted to do was have a farm on several acres, raise puppies and have guardianship of about 5 special needs kids, have the classroom be in the barn and include the puppies as part of their learning experience. Never got to do that part of the dream.

School librarian so I would have summers off, and I wouldn't have to teach. Just enjoy books.

Don't EVER say that you are "stuck", because there are OPTIONS! Have you considered going to Veterinary school? I know that it isn't easy going to school later in life, but if you want something bad enough, it's yours for the taking. All that is required is a little motivation, and the willingness to DO WHAT IT TAKES to reach your goal.

Actually.., I would like to be an author, converting my creative writing from hobby to be my actual work/career and enjoy about life instead of spending my life in the office... Well, I have been originally a computer specialist, then I tried military career and after that I continued my studies, major in International Business... And started career (in administrative position) in the field of international business, and lately felt like time to do a career change.., as stuck in the office too....
