Filing a complaint with H&R Block?

Who do I contact to file a complaint with an H&R Block office?? I was given the run around for WEEKS regarding my return and I need to file a complaint. I used the online service where you basically are using an office but through your home. I was given a rep in KY but I live in MD, and so when I had problems I couldn't actually get to the office when I had problems. They never returned my calls and they were extremely rude. I contacted through e-mail and no one ever responded. So I was stuck not being able to get in touch with someone. I called customer service, I called the IRS, I even called a local office (the only one who helped me, he was very nice too) but the only one who could fix my problem was the lady who wouldn't talk to me.The woman I was dealing with was the manager in the store, so I can't really complain there. Anyone know where I can complain? Do they have a main office??

H&R block sucks...call here to let them know how bad they suck.

you are with wrong corporate.
I read your experience, by mere complaining you cannot change the corporate structure.
don't waste your valuable time, - switch over to other corporate quickly - that will really help you

File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, after you file a complaint, they will get in touch with you and hear what you have to say and then will get in touch with them. It takes a little time, but it works.
