I need to activate office 2007 - but activate button doesn't respond?

Hi, I have bought a copy of Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise edition from a licensed vendor. I installed it about 2 weeks ago, but most functions have 'greyed' out today. I have checked via the MS website. It IS a legitimate copy that needs to be activated.

When I go into an Office program and select the activate button, nothing happens.

Because of this i cannot even get the details required for telephone activation. When I have tried calling it is a 100% automated service. I am based in the UK.

Any ideas? please?!

Office 2007 Enterprise Edition is legitimately available only to volume-license customers. If you are a retail end user, then you probably should not have this edition of Office. If the purchase price was only a small fraction of the normal price for Office 2007, then that is another sign that the software you purchased is not legitimate.
