How do I convince my cell phone company to accomodate me?

I'm in the military and stationed 11 hours from the place I purchased my phone. My service is with Centennial Wireless. I'm having trouble with my phone and need to change it out. I pay monthly for the "phone protection plan". I called Customer Service and explained my situation. I was referred to the store I purchased it from. Once again, I explained my situation and asked my options. I was advised, I would have to go to the office I purchased it from to change it out????!!!! I asked about working this out through the mail.
I was advised, NOPE, that is not our policy.
I have tried to get a number to their corporate office. The only number I get is...CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I'm getting real close to getting pissed off and I know I'll never get results if that happens.
Can anybody help me?

I called the store I purchased it from and they are the ones that told me I would have to go there to take care of the problem.

call customer care. as soon as you get a rep on the phone tell them you want the cancellations department. at the cancellations dept. it is their job to see what they can do for you to keep you from cancelling. explain your problem to them and tell them that if this is not taken care of properly and the way you want it that you will cancel. works 99.99% of the time. the first person you speak with in cancellations might not be willing to help. if they arent, just hang up and call back and get someone else and try again.

let me know how this works for you.

I am sorry, I don't know what to tell you. In the future you should try a more national company like AT&T, Verizon, I know they will all send phones through the mail. I would keep calling maybe you will get to talk to someone that can help eventually. Someone with a brain and some compassion, after all you are serving our county, putting your life on the line to save ours.

May God Bless you and keep you safe!

Best bet is to cancel. Get another phone.
