What would you do if the police violated your Miranda Rights, 6th Amendment, and the right to a speedy trial? That all happened to me and the DA and the Judge know it and I know it because they want money from me. I didn't even commit any crime. Georgia is just plain stupid to call what I did a crime. Plus the police lied to the DA about what I did. That's how I got into the system. I just didn't know sarcastic threats can be called terroristic threats especially when the police lie on you. And I called the DA's office to make sure they dropped the case or else. But then they threatened to arrest me. Then a couple days after that, they pretended to drop the case and I was happy. But it came back up in like 3 months later. And my first court date was like 8 months after the incident. I thought it was supposed to be over after 180 days. It's been 2 years and if I can do community service they can take this off my record. Why is it on my record in the first place? I wasn't found guilty!!! YOU SOUND LIKE A NORMAL CRIMINAL BOOOOHOOOO GET THE HELL OUT OF GEORGIA IF YOU DONT LIKE IT! WE HATE CRIMINALS IN GEORGIA!!!! Appeal to the US supreme court. You don't give us enough facts to help you You should have gotten something in writing stating that it was dismissed. I'm going to provide you with a link for your state where you can contact someone in order to have your charges expunged.....Scroll down to IV. and read..... I sorta agree with the get out comment but seriously, did you think telling the da's office anything that included the words "or else" would come out good for you?? Come on. |
