I-485 denial? |
my I-485 under EB-3 was denied and just got a letter saying all my work permits,travel document are invalid. Also, asked to leave the country immediately. I applied I-485 based on June 2007 visa bulletin. Unfortunately the application was mailed at the end of May, and the Texas service received it on May 29, 07. So I was current under June bulletin and not current under May 07 bulletin.USCIS accepted my I-485 and sent me receipt notice. I was asked to do the finger printing and submit the medical too. They approved EAD which filed with I-485. November, my case was transfred to National Benifit Center and Memphis office asked me to appear for interview. The interview went well, and the officer was nice. The officer took the I-94 card from passport. The day later officer mailed the denial letter and I am still in shock. What I can do. June visa bulletin available online two weeks before, and my mistake was mailing the form 3 days eraly. Bad mistake. Is any hope? Please help what to do? When did your work permit and travel document expire? Anyway, I don't think you have a choice. You have to go back to your country. If you want to come back here, reapply and it's going depend on your luck. Contact your lawyer right away. good luck |
