Total confusion?

I just finished my 1040ez tax return and on the back next to the stickers it say's:

"PRSRT STD Postage and Fees Paid Internal Revenue Service Permit No. G-48"

But on the envelope that came in the booklet on the top right corner it say's"

"Place stamp here. Post Office will not deliver mail without proper postage."

so do i get a stamp or just put it in the mailbox??

The postage mentioned on the back of the booklet was for sending out the booklet. You need to put a stamp on the envelope to mail your return back to the IRS.
