How do I tell people of the doctor who killed my father?

There is a doctor in Beverly Hills who had been my father's primary doctor for many years. Ever since my dad had become eligible to receive MediCare insurance, this doctor would charge my father for extra and undone services just to make more money for himself.

When my dad was dying in the hospital this doctor would not return my calls and did not inform me or my immediate family of anything that my father was terminally ill.

I have thought about going to this doctor's office when crowded and just shout him off and express my tears he has caused me in front of his patients to decrease the amount of people getting ripped off and not to mention irreversibly heartbroken but I was wondering if there's another way I could do this over the internet if there's any central source a lot of people pay attention to.

He is a member of the Persian community and lives in Beverly Hills if that helps. Maybe there's a Persian website since their mayor attends his temple too.

I would report him to the Better Business bureau IF you have proof. Also you could contact the American Medical Society in your area. I would lodge your complaints through legal means, not just ranting and raving.

How??? Well, you just did. It is a story very easy to understand.

Charging for services he didn't provide is probably considered fraud. If you have proof of this you could report it. As for not telling you that your father was terminally ill, it would have been a violation of patient privacy to tell you or your family that unless:
1) you father specifically instructed him to do so or
2) if your father had been proven mentally unfit to make his own medical decisions and you were the one appointed to make those decisions for him
If either one of these is applicable you might be able to seek legal action. I wish the best for you and your family in this difficult situation.

If you have evidence of medicare fraud then report him to the proper authorities. As to the doctor not returning your calls it could be your father told him not to give out details to anyone. Make sure of your facts before you start making accusations. Going to his office and shouting him off could get you arrested for trespassing and disturbing the peace. Posting allegations that you can not prove could get you sued for libel and slander if you dont have proof. My condolences on the loss of your father.

I would be carefull if i were you. In what you have written here there is no support for your original claim that the doctor in question killed your father. Your father died of a terminal illness and that isn't the doctor's fault.
I understand that you are saddened and hurt by your father's passing, but to avoid further unpleasantness for yourself you should avoid making slanderous statements when your judgement is clouded by your loss.
The fact is that what you are slagging the doctor for makes him not nice. He is under no obligation to inform you of anything concerning the medical condition of your father and while he was in the hospital he was under another doctor's care. He might not even have had priviledges (the right to practice) in the hospital that your father was in.
I can't begin to imagine how terrible it must feel to lose your father. I don't see how losing a slander case because of your anger at your father's passing will help you get over your father's passing.
