then in the second latter they wish to congratulate me once again on this note,for being part of the 5 winners selected. and I expected to contact their affiliated delivery company(EXCELLENT SERVICES INTERNATIONAL COURIER SYSTEMS )department in which my winnings cheque has been sent to for delivery to my residence. and they said: This office will not be responsible for any outstanding fees.

Yep, its a scam alright. Ive just been in contact with that robert lake guy. I had a polite chat to him to tell him stop scamming people and get a life. I then kept pressing him and he soon revealed his true colours. As a result he then threated to kill me and my family and bomb my country......very sad.
