In a Baptist church, is it Biblical for the church members to vote out a Pastor for some valid reason?

In a Baptist church, a Pastor holds an office wherein God placed him there to watch or be a steward of God's flock. Sometimes the church looks for a Pastor if for example their initial Pastor has died or for some other reason is not anymore in service. The church is in one mind to find another Pastor. But if a Pastor has done evil in the sight of God and if the congregation warned him and still does not changed his way, can the congregation vote him out although they set him there. Is this Biblical?

I was a member of a Baptist Church who voted a Pastor out of office. Check your Churches bylaws. I eventuality left that Church for a non-denominational one.

Many churches have this type of Constitution.
I would say that it is Biblical, if not the congregation then their Bishop of other elder over the Pastor. Nobody should be without someone over them spiritually.

Each denomination has rules about how to deal with a pastor who has done something that is not right. But a lot of churches tend to want to get rid or a pastor for non serious issues. Depending on the congregation, especially Baptists, you can get rid of your pastor for the slightest thing.

I'm not a member of an organized religion, but I have studied a little about religion.

I know what the Bible says about this, in my judgment, but I want to suggest something because of an experience that I had (lol.)

I want to suggest that you really try to know as much of the Bible for yourself as you can, because I know from experience that people can unintentionally (and intentionally for that matter) mispresent what the Scriptures say.
