Do I still have a great chance to transfer to Uc berkeley or UCLA?

I am an international student planning to transfer to Uc Berkeley(interdisciplinary studies major) or UCLA(global studies major),I am applying as a transfer student and I am
attending a community college in California.

My Gpa is 3.8 ,I have done all the prerequisite classes for my courses , I join 2 clubs and the student senate in my college and I 've done community services in Brazil and I am about to do in Tanzania, Africa next july. I am about to start a newspaper that talks about world issues.I passed tests that can prove that I can speak 4 languages(AP exams) and I am about to transfer to diablo valley college in my last semester ,since it is the college with the highest transfer rates to Uc berkeley.

The issue in my curriculum is that I have 2 F's ,one in soccer and another one in economics class,but I retook the classes and got A's and I have 2(w) Withdrawals too. How bad is it for me to transfer?Will the admission office see those grades as a bad thing?

You shouldn't have to much of a problem. 3.8 is a good GPA since it is out of a 4.0 in college. The two W's can't do anything about them so don't worry it shouldn't hurt your chances. As for the F's if you retook the classes that is all they care about.
