Can't update office xp service pack 3, help?

everytime i switch on i get the yellow shield appear for updates. Everything updates fine except Office xp service pack 3. A message appears saying insert cd-rom Microsoft Outlook 2002. I have to abhort as i don't have one. My pc is brand new Advent Duo T9317, the only cd that came with it was Microsoft Works 8.5. The operating system came pre-installed. As far as i can tell i don't have Outlook 2002 so why am i being asked to update it. Anyone any ideas.

I think you will find that either your anti-virus or some other such program, is (kindly) blocking your updating. Don't turn off your firewall; but turn off everything else - than have another try.
Failing this I suggest you take up golf.
