What is the best vehicle to drive on a rural route for the Post Office / Postal Service? |
I took the exam and have interviewed and will know in the next day whether I'm hired. My question is what is the best vehicle or vehicle(s) to drive on a rural route? If I'm hired I will probably goto training in a week and want to make sure I have the appropriate vehicle to drive with. I believe Saturn makes a right side driving car. If you have a rural route with the post office, I also think that you can deduct the purchase price from your taxes as a work expense. my post man drives a mid sized truck. A Jeep would be a good vehicle to get. They have four wheel drive and it would get around good on backroads. |
