Others having US Postal Service suck??

Has anyone else lately been getting very POOR service from the post office? In the last 5 weeks, I have sent 2 different packages through them, neither package arrived to the destanation!!
Their prices go up, you gewt less for the increases, and NO apoplogies! Their making millions on chargeing us to mail something that doesn't even get there!!!

What can we do?????????

Mmmmm I send a lot of items through the US mail and seem to get better service from them than UPS or FEDEX. Can't understand why your having problems.
how long has it been since you mailed the packages, did you send them priority mail or cheapest way, parcel post

Before my mother passed away she sent me a glass navity scene through the US mail..never got it. I havent used the US mess office for packages since. Had to wait 2 weeks for a final paycheck to come to me (29 miles) only to find out it was in a dead letter box! I use fed ex for pks. Good luck

Get a DHL account. Anybody can get one. That's what I use to send stuff I actually want to get there. If enough people us UPS, DHL, etc. the post office will be left with nothing but junk mail to send, since most bills can be sent electronically nowadays.

the problem may or may not be with USPS....as with most other companies these days, they contract out alot of the work....did you know that FEDEX actually flies the priority, express, and first class mail on their aircraft....USPS no longer has their own fleet of aircraft since 2001....and now UPS is also getting their slice of the pie and flying alot of the offshore destinations......the best way to fuc*k up your competition is to handle their product don't you think? anyway, don't be so quick to blame USPS when the problem may not be with them...as for rising costs, you can mark that up to rising fuel costs which get passed on to USPS from the contractors such as FX,UPS,MC of A, Midland and other companies and then they just pass those costs on to you and me the consumer.......

I have heard that a lot lately. I also have had trouble with them. The only thing you can do is complain,complain,complain only do it quietly would not want anyone going postal on you.
