Is it legal to take camera and video tape into offices of any public services/law and health and education ..?

...with the purpose to record and demonstrate carelessness and perfunctoralness of the professional arenas.

i mean if illiterates posing as power-holders and protectors are using cameras to have people behave in a manner socially acceptable....am i (or an other) wise to have a complete record of exchanges within forums of health/law/education.....or is that considered................................. of their public service privacies....?

I suspect that you would be trespassing if you did carry in a camera or tape recorder. There are also privacy issues.
