If we take any services about technology then what ab Service Tax ?

We are exporting Fresh Fruits & Veg. If we take technical services about technology from foreign service provider who have no office in India for growing fruits or Veg then what we will have to pay/deduct service tax.

On professional consultancy the service tax is to be paid by the service provider,
As u r taking service of the service provider it is thier responsibility regarding service tax collection and deposits.

If the service provided falls in definition of any of these services such as Scientific & Technical Consultancy;you will be liable to pay service tax as service receiver is liable to pay service tax when service provider is not located in India.
