Don't you hate when you call Customer service...wait 30 minutes and...then just hear the machine say "I'm sorry, our offices our currently closed, please call us back during bussiness hours. Thank you!" ?

I think they should tell us at the first moment that they are closed. What do you think?

I think you're right, It's very frustrating to receive such a
message but I don't hate it, because they don't do it on
purpose or revenge. It's just some inefficiency down the
line or someone screwed up the recording system for
stalling about 30 minutes before giving a voice-recorded
answer. Honestly, if this happens to me, I'll just hang up in
2 minutes even though there's no answer.

If your referring to yahoo answers, there is no number for that, so there is no "customer service".
There are numbers to talk to someone if you want to sign up, though.
